DOXA 14K Gold

 DOXA 14K rose gold men’s wrist watch with fancy lugs in the vintage style of the 40’s.  This is a great looking Swiss watch which has an excellent reputation in Europe and Canada and perhaps might not be as well known in the US but never-the-less is a fine watch from an important company.  Slightly aged champagne color dial has gold dauphine pointers and gold stick markers as well a gold sweep seconds hand.  Well running 15 jewel movement is signed Doxa.  14 K rose gold case front and back is hallmarked for 14K gold and is in fine condition.  Gold crown is slightly worn in the center but is hardly a detraction at all as it appears to be original to this watch.   This is an excellent vintage looking watch from the 40’s with a new brown croco strap.  33 mm diameter excluding crown and 43 mm from lug end to lug end.  Nice vintage Doxa you will enjoy wearing.  This is the same watch the general was wearing in "Operation Crossbow".
