OMEGA Pocket Watch & Chain

OM3248

OMEGA Silver men’s hunting cased watch with chain in fine running condition.  Come with original presentation box from the jewellers Pearce & Son of Leicester.  The watch has as stem winding movement which is working well and the movement is signed Omega.  The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover upon which are the details of medals won at the Paris Grand Prix in 1900.

The watch measures 48 mm diameter excluding the winding crown.  There is engine turned detail to both the back and front of case as well as an open frame for your initials.  There is a bit of unevenness to the outer case but still a good silver case.  The inside of the case has an early Omega stamp.

The signed dial is in excellent condition with black Roman numbers and gold spade pointers.  As well, there is a seconds hand at the number six position.

The watch comes with a hallmarked silver chain which is 31 mm long plus a shorter chain  attached which carries a fine silver fob with an open area for initialing.    The fob and chain weigh 35g.

The Omega watch and chain along with the original presentation box make for a wonderful vintage gift.
