ELGIN Multi Color 14K gold filled Pocket Watch


ELGIN Multi Color 14K gold filled hunting cased for a lady in size 6 or for a gentleman who prefers a smaller ornate watch to use or for a collection. 25 year case covered with green, pink and yellow gold leaves, flowers and scroll centered around a European cut diamond. Back has an open shield ready for initials, again surrounded by colored leaves, flowers and scrolls. Excellent off white dial with black Roman numbers, black spade pointers and a sunk seconds dial at the number six position. Dial has the faintest hairline which does not detract. Well running 11 jewelled grade 119 model 2 movement #56835xx which has just been serviced and is sparkling. Back of case has a couple of mild dings but not unusual for a watch of over 100 years old. Inside dust cover is engraved from Uncle to Margaret, Feb. 27, 1900. 39 mm diameter excluding crown, on this lovely watch. SOLD
