ROLEX SOLID 9K GOLD MAN’S POCKET WATCH

Superb genuine, vintage Rolex pocket watch made for the British market and cased in a solid nine karat gold English case with hallmarks for Birmingham 1942.

The movement is a three finger bridge movement, stem wind and stem set and has a lever escapement, signed Rolex, lever, Swiss made. The movement is decorated with fish scale, damaskeening and is in 100% mint condition. The case is a quality, nine karat gold, open face case by Dennison, which has a hinged inner back and bezel.  The case has a smooth plain finish and is in near mint condition – light marks on the back only otherwise a superb case. The dial is white enamel and has a full set of blue steel hands and is signed ROLEX.  The dial is in mint condition.  The watch has a bevelled mineral glass.  Diameter of watch is 50mm.  

The watch comes in a leather box, lined with velvet and silk, and signed "The Northern Goldsmiths Company"
