ELGIN GCT Military Sold Out

Original ELGIN Navigation Master Watch GCT with 24-hour dial, chrome plate case with screwed-on bezel. Military watch, ordered by the U.S. AIR FORCE during WWII (2nd world war). GCT stands for Greenwich civil time. Excellent, precise watch with interesting history and all engravings  on the back.   22 Jewel signed movement.   12 hour dial and 24 hour dial in excellent condition features Arabic numerals. The following is engraved on the back of case: Type A-13, Sec.No.An-GC-W-106, Ser.No.AC42-3673,Mfgs. part No. 1786. ord.no. W535AC-28071.  This is a fine collector´s item in excellent all round condition.
