ELGIN Pocket Watch - Multicolor

ELGIN 14K gold filled hunting cased pocket watch in fine running condition.  This is a 16 jewel model 2 grade 231 hunter size 6 with a nickel finish movement.  It is pendant set and wind.  The stunning multicolor dial is perfect with fancy black Arabic numbers, gold Louis XIV fancy hands and lots of gold.  Watch looks like it was stored away and used very little. 

Beautiful decoration all around the dial and center.  There is a sub seconds dial at number six position also with a gold hand.  The fancy and deeply engraved beautiful   Dueber  case is  in near mint condition  with leaf designs and patterns with a house and water  on one side and leaf designs and an empty shield waiting for your initials on the other.  The diameter of this very attractive multicolor watch is 41mm ( 1” 5/8)  without crown.  It may be too large and heavy for a woman to wear around her neck, but could be used in her purse or it could certainly suit a man who wants a smaller pocket watch that is extremely attractive with beautiful deep engraving.
