OMEGA CIRCA 1912 POCKET WATCH

A classic piece of early 20th-century Swiss watchmaking, this Omega pocket watch dates to around 1912 and showcases the precision and understated elegance that established Omega as one of the premier names in horology.

The watch houses a stem-winding movement signed Omega, which is running well and keeping good time. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover, typical of Omega’s quality construction during this period.

The nickel case, measuring 48mm in diameter (excluding the winding stem and loop), presents beautifully with only light age-related marks and one tiny ding to the back—barely noticeable and mentioned only for accuracy. Inside, the case back bears the Omega emblem, confirming its authenticity.

The glass crystal is clear and well-preserved, with just a small nibble under the edge visible only under close inspection. The white enamel dial, signed Omega, remains in excellent original condition. It features bold black Roman numerals with an inner 24-hour track in red, complemented by elegant blued-steel hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at six.

This is a charming and well-preserved example of Omega’s early work, combining reliable performance with timeless design. A fine addition to any vintage watch collection or an ideal gift for the enthusiast of classic Swiss craftsmanship.
