Waltham Sterling Silver man’s open faced pocket watch in fine condition and running well. Lovely and perfect white porcelain Waltham signed dial with black Roman numbers and blued spade pointers . Seconds dial at number six position. Sparkling 15 jewelled movement signed and with attractive damascening. Movement is protected by an English case with a double hinge and an inner cover over the movement. Both case backs are fully hallmarked for sterling silver and Birmingham with the makers mark of Aaron Dennison who was involved with Waltham before emigrating to the UK. The case has some very light marking from normal use but in nice condition for a 1908 watch. Back of case is machined with an open non initialed shield in the center. Watch measures 50.6 mm diameter and is a stem wind and stem set. Comes with a fine and heavy sterling silver single Albert watch chain of the same period. It weighs in at 39.5 grams and is 12” in length plus a 1 ½ inch drop for a fob. You will enjoy wearing and using this fine Waltham watch and chain. Comes with a black velvet pouch.
