ANTIQUE SILVER WATCH CHAIN & FOB

ANTIQUE SILVER WATCH CHAIN & FOB from 1897.  This chain measures 32 cm long  (12 1/2 inches)  and is the mother of all chains at a very heavy total weight of 99 g.  

The Tbar and clasp are both hallmarked for Birmingham with a makers mark for silversmith Herbert Bushell.  Each one of the links has the British lion silver mark as well as the makers mark.  The large sterling silver fob is hallmarked for Birmingham 1894.  The fob measures 35mm diameter.
