Waltham Silveroid open faced pocket watch is running well and needs a good strong pocket
for this hefty size 18. Stem wind and stem set model 1883 7 jewel full plate gilded and signed
movement. Excellent white dial with Roman numbers and 24 hour chapter. Sunk seconds dial at number
six position. Blued spade pointers. Case is well used but still in pretty good shape with an engraved
train on back which is worn a bit. Original glass crystal with quite a few scratches but still looks good
and we don’t think needs replacing. This is a rugged watch. 55 mm diameter or about 2 ½”
